Hi, I'm Philip Kerr and I come originally from Derby in the East Midlands, but now live in central Scotland. I am a masters level historian and spend a lot of time reading medieval history and visiting historical sites. I also really enjoy travelling, and over the past few years my wife and I have been to South Africa, the Netherlands, Poland, Iceland and Madagascar. I got into metal music in the 1980s, and first picked up a guitar when I was about fourteen years old. As you will see from the images on this site, I favour BC Rich.
